Message+ app will not let me message

So my phone updated this morning and now I cannot respond to certain messages.

Specifically had a friend message me who I had a chat open with already.

His image shows up as grey with a couple of grey heads in it. Then every time I try to respond it gives me a failed message.

HOW DO I FIX THIS? Cause now it is starting to happen with others as well.

Oh no, dikosama! Having the text messages working properly is a must. When you mention update, are you referring to a software update? What is the make and mode of your device?
