Mobile data unusable since last week

I have the S21 Ultra and mobile data in my area has always been great. About a week ago it became very intermittent. My phone shows that I'm connected 5G with good signal, but things struggle to load. Browsing reddit or YouTube often takes 2 or 3 attempts to get a page to load. I have installed all updates and rebooted my phone. Don't know what else to try. Wifi works fine.
