I have a Galaxy S3 I was wondering how do I get things off my cloud to reduce the 80% can anyone help me with this?

You'll have to provide a little more information, at least which cloud.  Many sites provide cloud services; Google Drive, Google+ Photo, Samsung, Dropbox, Box, Amazon, Microsoft Skydrive, Verizon, Asus, ...........................

As a general answer, log into your "cloud service" and move files to another service/storage drive or delete files until you reach the level that you want.
