My Galaxy S5 software update didn't work?

I have installed the latest software update at least twice because it keeps asking me to do it.  I can't say that I watched the screen during the entire update (15 minutes?), but I was paying attention and didn't see any error messages.  How do I check to see if it updated, and/or how do I get it to stop asking me to update it?

If you go to settings-about phone it will tell you in there what your latest software is. If you can't get your phone to update right try going here
