I personally am the account holder of 3 lines on my account and all of a sudden the only line that shows up is MY line. I am trying to view activity on ALL 3 lines on my account but now only MY line shows up. What happened? How do I fix it?
Making sure you can manage your account online is important, eholz2678. I too would be alarmed if I logged into my account online and only saw my line instead of all lines on the account. We definitely want to get your access back. So I can better understand I have some questions. What does it say when you first log in? Have you recently made any changes? Are any other users registered for their My Verizon account?
