New Galaxy s10+ wont recieve verification texts

I recently switched from sprint to Verizon and finally got my phone fully ported so I can recieve calls and messages from other people but it will not receive verification log in codes from my apps (Facebook, progressive snapshot, or any other app besides verizon).

For the record I have an unlimited data plan and already allowed premium messages.

what worked on sprint may not work on verizon or apps may not be compatible with your phone....a developer issue.

I know the importance of being able to get into all of the applications you use on a daily basis. We want to welcome to our wireless family and I apologize for the inconvenience. I would be happy to help troubleshoot. To confirm, you allowed the Premium SMS directly through the Verizon Messages application? Have you restarted your new phone since the port was completed then test the functionality once more?
