I just bought a new Samsung S20 FE 5G at Costco. I did not trade my old Samsung S6. The salesperson at Costco transferred all my info from my old phone to my new phone while I was at the store. When I got home I noticed that my old S6 no longer has a SIM card in it (the SIM card is missing in my old phone).
Does that sound right? Should the salesperson remove and keep my old SIM card? Is it possible that the salesperson put my old SIM card in my new phone and did not tell me? If so, shouldn’t the new S20 5G have a newer 5G compatible SIM card? I’m just trying to figure out if anything seems unusual here.
Can only guess that your SIM card went in the new phone guess if you see a sim card on the box than that happened
We want to make sure you're able to utilize 5G and enjoy the high speeds it comes with. Let's test your speeds and see if they fall into 4G or 5G range. We're happy to mail you a free 5G SIM card if necessary. Please send us a Private Note, so we can get started.
Would seem able to put sim card in new phone no problems
