laurynt It has to be a concern that your new S6 is powering off. Let's figure out what could be causing the screen to go black. A part of your message has cut off but can you tell us if this is an intermittent issue or if the screen has not come back on since it went blank. How long did you leave the phone turned off before trying to restart it?
