I am not able to send or receive SMS messages. I can send/receive MMS with no problem, but businesses don't use that. I can't log into my accounts because I can't verify by text, as well as receive important notifications. I've tried going in to the store 4 times, calling prepaid customer service/tech support, as well as chatting online. Can someone please help me. I have a Note 9 that was purchased with USCellular. My husband has the same type of phone, and he is able to get his messages.
