I have an old plan with limited Text and had it set where Id receve an alert if I get close to going over. In the past, I'd get that alert at least 3 times. This month I received none and went over my limit in last two days of my billing cycle. Why didn't I get alert this time? I didn't change any settings about it. TY!
as far back as i can remember i've had unlimited messages.
have you upgraded your phone?
We can understand the need to get alerts to make sure you do not exceed your texting plan.
Have you been able to make sure the alerts are still set up?
