No Service! Please Help!

Hi have a galaxy s5, I have no reception and service now. Some areas are in a basement and when im home or at work I still have no service. Please help!

VZW does not guarantee service inside a building. There are multiple factors when dealing with buildings.

Is the building older? If so, it may be built with concrete or metal roofing/siding. These refract the signal away from the building creating a lower service.

Are you in a 4G LTE area? Check the coverage map or comment your ZIP where you experience this.

Have you called and reported this? VZW will not know there is a problem unless you or someone else tells them.

Options to fix:

Upgrade to a newer device (devices that are more than 2 years old do not have the same performance as a new device)

Purchase a Network Extender ($250.00)

Move

Change Carriers
