Note 10+ Overheating After Software update

note 10+ now overheating after software update, spoke to agent via chat, had me do a factory reset then stopped helping me after I  told him the issue is still ongoing! I don't feel safe having this phone overheat because of an update I can't postpone more than 12 days because it will automatically update as it did and now my device is slow and overheating!

Illee44, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Your safety is a top priority. Can you please let us know how often your device is overheating? Does the device become too hot to touch? Are you still using the original charger that came with the device?   -Sylvia
