Galaxy Note 5 - immediately after an update - issues started with:
1) The screen at the bottom of the keypad (touch creen to display open windows, back buttion on touch screen and hard button home key) would not work.
2) The area was not "backlit" but would function with Spen although not with finger.
3) The phone then forced a factory reset on itself (one which I did not start but it got to the screen asking for the language). It would not let me back out of it and when I tried to turn off the phone it would still start off on factory reset
4) It drained my battery from 90% to the mid 40s and when I plugged in to recharge, the phone within 5 minutes got scorching hot to the touch and the charge light when out.
5 ) It currently has a charge but I'm turning it off because I cannot charge it any further and when its on, the charge level dips quickly
