Note 5 screen/charging issues

My screen randomly started flashing like a hundred things were being pressed at once then stopped working completely in response to my touch. The only way to make my screen react is with this God awful S Pen. I love my Note 5 I hate that I can't use my touch screen with my touch. Also fast charger only registers sometimes usually drains my battery only charger ever used is fast charger wireless charger I purchased with device
