I awoke this morning to an email informing me that my pre-order for my Note7 had been cancelled. I spent most of the afternoon on the phone with a Verizon rep, several different times on hold for several minutes and she finally says she'll call me back in "10 to 15 minutes". An HOUR later, I called in again, got another rep, another explanation of what I was calling about and at the end, being told that he cannot fix my problem because "they are out" of all three colors......WHAT???
I call the two stores closest to me, yes they're getting them tomorrow, no, they cannot hold one for me!
I have been with Verizon for 17 years, didn't leave and come back, stayed steady and I have NEVER had something like this happen.
I am soooo disappointed with Verizon today.

Remember all Verizon Reps are not knowledgeable therefore you should have called multiples times until you are satisfy or solve your problem!!! Most likely what happened was you fail to sign the agreement for Note 7 or Verizon failed to send you through E-Mail!! You must have to sign in within 24/48 hrs or face cancelation.........
Well, here it is Tuesday and I still have not received my Note 7. Verizon cancelled the first order, I ordered again and was told several different things, the latest being that it would be shipped right away and I would receive it on Tuesday. That might be difficult for FedEx to pull off seeing how it hasn't been picked up yet.
You receive your tracking information when the label is created NOT when it ships and that's what I have, a created label. I think maybe Verizon is counting on their customers being confused by this.
If they're out of Note 7s then they need to say so. One of the many reps that I've talked with the past few days told me that and it appears that he was correct. If so, then everyone else is just feeding lines of BS to keep me holding and waiting.
The only thing that is worse than poor customer service is when customer service LIES.
Again I will say that I am a long time customer and I've never been treated this way by Verizon. Misplaced loyalty??
Well if it screws up again don't order it again wait till an unlocked version comes out. The Verizon version took lots of good features out which made me very disappointed along with probably millions of long time Verizon customers that bought it.
Yes I ordered my note 7 on Sept 1 was told it be shipped on the 7th spoke to a Verizon rep on the 3rd they said that they would know more about the exchange after the conference on Sept 7 , now I get a cancellation on my new order what's up with that.
