Note 8 Jay bird x3 low volume

I have a note 8 and I'm using jaybird x3 earbuds. When I call my wife or son I cant hear them very well because the volume is very low. They also have note 8s and most other calls i can hear fine. Does anyone have the same issue and have a solution other than to toss out these earbuds?

Hi, gjm9808. It's important to be able to use your accessories. Does this happen with other earbuds as well, or just these ones? Have you attempted to use these earbuds on a different device to test the functionality?
