This morning (11/26/2019) I and my wife started receiving duplicate text messages from everyone but my wife who happens to use message+ also. I followed the troubleshooting steps (issue number TR-481599384-TDC) but that didn't resolve this issue. I looked at the default messaging app and I'm receiving duplicate messages there also. Samsung Note 9. The last update was 11/9/2019 software version N960USQS3CJ1.
Edit: I believe this is related to group messages.

@vzw_customer_support, @michelleh_vzw Has someone contacted the Messaging Group to get a response from them? There have been numerous threads and customers reporting this issue.
We want to make sure that your text messages are working correctly. When did this issue start? Does this happen with all the messages you sent?
