On my Galaxy 4 Note, I went against my gut and did an update on the device. After that ALL my saved voicemails were gone! I am so desperate to retrieve thos messages. NOT texts, voicemail. I should never have done an update. I've upgraded phones 9 or

On my Galaxy 4 Note, I went against my gut and did an update on the device.  After that ALL my saved voicemails were gone!  I am so desperate to retrieve thos messages.  NOT texts, voicemail.  I should never have done an update.  I've upgraded phones 9 or 10 times for the last 14 years and have never had this problem.  All my old saved messages were always available.  Has anyone ever had this problem?  Help!
