I am visiting India for few weeks and plan to replace the Verizon SIM with a local indian SIM when I am there. Is there a way to somehow access the text messages sent to my US number online or using my phone (which will have the indian SIM at the time) while I am in India? I know there is a way to access the text messages on Verizon website, but would that still receive and show me the text messages, if SIM card is removed from the phone?
I would think the Message+ access via the website login being synced with the phone number's incoming texts wouldn't depend on the associated phone being accessible or even powered on.
