Phone calls not ringing through, going straight to voicemail...

We have an issue with our S10+ phones (we have 6 lines) sometimes not ringing when someone calls.  Obviously, I know how to adjust the volume, notifications, and have made sure that the "do not disturb" mode is not turned on.

Calls often go straight to voicemail.  Good signal, strong wifi signal, still having this issue.  Are we the only ones?
