MARTOR60, we hope you were able to get assistance with your Sim card not working properly on your Note 5. Please keep us posted if you were able to get this resolved.
Have you tried turning off the phone and removing the SIM card for a minute or so? Once you put the SIM card back in the phone and turn the phone back on, establishing a fresh network connection may correct the issue. If not, you may have a bad SIM card (that happens sometimes); you can get a free replacement at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service.
