Poor Service / Dropped Calls & No Internet

In our family with have 2x-Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB & 1x-Apple iPhone 12 128GB, so the issue isn't related to Android or iPhone, it's Verizon.  In the past four years our service went from AMAZING to almost NON-EXISTENT.   We drop calls and it can take up to 10 minutes for one page to load (internet).  We have START UNLIMITED.  We live in an area that doesn't have 5G.  Our phones have 5G capability, but the always show '4G' which is fine if it would work.

In fact, as I drive by a VERIZON TOWER within 3 miles of my home, I drop 9 out of 10 calls, when I'm within 200ft of the VERIZON TOWER.  It makes no sense.  I'm seriously considering T-Mobile.  They show their 5G map what Verizon used to show as their 4G.

Oh, I almost forgot.....  In the past 2 weeks, I've had to restart my phone because it was locked out of making calls or using GPS (no internet found).  Could only use for Emergency Calls.  Almost like it lost Verizon Sync all together.  Once rebooted, all was.....as good as it gets with the New Verizon.  My work cell is Verizon too, I've had to do the same with it as well.

Is anyone else having issues.

It's important to have the right expectations in regard to your service, triplef1. Start Unlimited gives you the highest speeds based on congestion. You can learn more about how this plan is network managed here: https://www.verizon.com/support/start-unlimited-faqs/ . If you want premium speeds, please look into one of the other Unlimited plans. Check them out here: https://www.verizonwireless.com/plans/unlimited/ .

As for dropped calls, that isn't related to network management. Please send us a Private Note, so we can look into that particular concern. BrittanyC_VZW
