It is sad that you have to wait three days to get an in -house appointment. Then when you get there to help with pop-ups. The manager says he knows of the apps on the phone but, doesn't know how to use them and no one else does. He told me to get the Geek Squad (to come fix the problem. What kind of service is that!? He knows about Verizon Cloud and a little about uploading your pictures and contacts but, doesn't know how to download them back on the phone. Main Verizon store is at 711 Center Dr., San Marcos, Ca. 92069. Very poor customer relations. Basically in so many words said it was my problem. Where does Verizon get these so called managers??? Very Frustrating.
