This is probably just a rant, but....

Waiting and waiting and waiting for the new new New phone to replace old new New phone that replaced the original New phone..

I called customer service Monday after work, only just hearing about this by chance. I debated getting the iPhone 7 plus with the first recall. My mistake as I might actually have it by now... Then again probably not because the corporate store nearest me said good luck at that time.

My pre-order note 7 came a day before the launch.

My replacement phone might come 3 weeks after being told to shut down my note 7.

So for now do I power down my phone and wait for 3 weeks?

Do I risk my own safety?

My family's safety?

How about the wireless charger I bought at best buy? Oh well.. But hey, did you know that it creates more heat and runs a higher risk of causing fire damage? Awesome, that was another chance bit of information I found..

What kind of inconvenience credit will be offered this time??

You sold me a defective product and replaced it with a defective product. And now I have to wait for weeks to get something I'm forced to settle with.

What are you actually doing?
