The double tap lock kills phone audio and makes the phone useless. In other searches the "Samsung" solution is to buy a new phone. If Verizon is allowing Samsung to obsolete the phopne by automatic updates and the only solution is to buy a new phone this is absolutely illegal.
Do you have a solution that makes the S7 serviceable?

An S7 wouldn't be getting major Samsung updates.

kennatkinson, I rely on my phone every day, so I know how important it is to have a working phone. Keeping you connected with a working phone is a priority. When did this problem start? Were there any changes to the phone around the time this started?
