$540 via promo credit when you add a new smartphone line with your own 4G/5G smartphone on postpaid Unlimited Plus plan between 5/18/23 - 5/31/23 & port-in req'd. Promo credit applied over 36 months; promo credits end if eligibility requirements are no longer met.
I would like to know what I need to do to get a refund on the tempered glass and OtterBox case that I purchased for my Note 7 from Verizon.
I called Verizon a few days ago and they told me that I can return all of my Note 7 accessories to a local Verizon store for a full refund. Even if I didn't have a of the packaging they would still give me a full refund back by either an account credit or back to the original card I used to purchase.
When I went the local Verizon store to return my accessories, they told me that Verizon would soon be refunding me the total amount by either account credit or return the funds to my card; and I can still keep the accessories and do whatever I want with them.
Again, I am receiving conflicting information from the local Verizon store and Verizon customer service. Someone please tell me how to proceed with getting a refund for these accessories purchased from Verizon.
Verizon will only refund you for the accessories that was purchase directly from Verizon Store or Verizon.Com
Predator is correct but I'll add. Verizon made the announcement, a week or so back, that they would automatically credit any Note 7 accessories bought through Verizon back to your bill. The credit should be seen in one to two billing cycles.
Amazon is taking back any accessories and giving a full refund but that has to be requested on their site using the standard return/refund request. I got credit back to my card for the Amazon items the same day I put them in the mail back so not sure if the accessories actually have to be returned. Once I initiated the return activity, pre-paid labels were immediately available for shipping. Other than the time to rebox everything up and drive to the UPS store, I didn't spend anything to ship the items back.
customer service told me on 10/29/16 that I have to return the accessories before I could get a bill credit. I told the representative I tried to return the items to two different stores and neither store would accept them saying it will be automatically done. I asked for a supervisor just to see if I would be told the same and I was he wanted me to print the return label or go to store. He refused to confirm with the store where I purchased the items via conference call and our conversation ended with me being disatisfied. Later I found the FAQ section and I am not suppose to return them and is suppose to get a credit within 1-2 cycles. So far still no credits! I have other refund issues currently in processs once I resolve them I will resume this issue.

Did you purchase the accessories at a direct VZW store or on our VZW website? What accessories did you purchase? Accessories designed to work only with the Galaxy Note7 (e.g., Note7 case, Note7 screen protector) that were purchased on a VZW account will automatically be credited. The accessories do not need to be returned. Any accessory order not placed on a VZW account will need to be returned for a refund.

I purchased all note 7 accessories at a corporate Verizon store and yes all items are not compatible with any other device except note 7. All are on my receipt two cases, two screen protectors and one car charger (which did not fit the galaxy 7 or IPhone I exchanged for). _November 13,2016.
