Issue is affecting four of my devices. Two of the devices are having this issue with only factory apps and blank sd card, these device came directly from VZ with no accounts installed before and after update.
Restarting is random. Not linked to power save, sleep, calls, apps, or anything else I can test.
Devices are unusable. Please offer a roll back.
Devices have been factory reset, cache cleared, and operated in safe mode. The issue persist across all.
Your best bet is to see if they are still under warranty by Samsung. You're better off getting the device repaired by Samsung than taking a risk in receiving a used phone from Verizon.

In a nutshell, re-enable any disabled apps you have on your phone and power off and back on. You can then disable the apps if you would like.
This is a temporary workaround. Verizon and Samsung are working on an update (supposedly) which will not be out for a while.
