We have seen the many post on multiple sites about activity trackers, heart rate monitors, and other devices that connect via Smart Bluetooth no longer working after the latest software update. The big questions are does Verizon/Samsung acknowledge the problem and are they going to fix the issue. I rely heavily on my heart rate monitor when working out and if Verizon/Samsung are not going to fix the issue then its time for me to move to another device. Definitely not a Samsung. And I don't need to hear all the troubleshooting steps. Done them all with no change.
