S7 Random notification sounds with no notification

About a week ago I started getting random notification signals, but no notifications appear. When the phone is on silent I still get a vibration. The repeat reminder in the accessibility setting is turned off. Any suggestions? I would really like to have my notifications actually mean something. I usually have all turned off except for text.

Annski26, we always want your notifications working correctly.  What specific notification signals are you getting (sounds, numbers next to the app, etc.)?  When you receive a message (text/email), do you hear a notification sound?  Are you experiencing any issues with your calling, text, and data?  Please start with closing all recent apps, then performing a soft reset, and then seeing if this continues.
