Does anyone have memory issue with their Galaxy S9, I have 64GB but can't add apps without having to deleat some others?
Sounds like the memory is full. Check the amount in settings, and if its pretty much full, then a good house cleaning of your not needed files and aps is in order, or install a larger sd card.
you probably have a lot of temp files.
settings/storage/cached data....clear.
St76, we definitely want you to be able to download apps that you'll enjoy. That's the point of having a smartphone. Let's figure this out for you. Let's first start by running a device health check. This will show you what can be cleared off of your phone so you can download other apps. Please follow these steps in this link https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-206364/ You'll do steps #1-7.
