SAMSUNG S4, can I set up Visual Voice Mail on my S4 ?

I have basic manual access Verizon voice mail on my S4 and I want to subscribe to Premium Visual Voice Mail.  I do have a visual voice mail icon showing on the screen but tapping it shows an error notice.  How can I install Premium Visual voice mail on my S4? 

I have existing voice messages in my Verizon voice mailbox that I want to save, preferably by downloading to my cellphone device or PC.  Is there a way I can do this?
