Samsung Galaxy Note 5 problems - see attached photo

This started this afternoon. Was simply sitting on a table at the time. Galaxy Note 5. Blue LED light is constantly lit. Not able to factory reset. When i try to reboot the device in Maintenance Boot Mode, it goes into a boot loop with the same screen. Ideas?
