This phone keeps freezing. Screen shows Samsung Galaxy S10 5G it will vibrate and the screen will go dark. A bit later it will vibrate and the Samsung Galaxy S10 5 G appears again. Second time this has happened. Any ideas? Second time in two days I have been on hold with Verizon.
