Samsung Galaxy S10 5G

This phone keeps freezing. Screen shows Samsung Galaxy S10 5G it will vibrate and the screen will go dark. A bit later it will vibrate and the Samsung Galaxy S10 5 G appears again. Second time this has happened. Any ideas? Second time in two days I have been on hold with Verizon.

Are there any patterns that cause this issue, such as when you are using a specific app or service? Do you recall any recent changes to the phone, such as adding new apps? Is the software up to date?
