A SW update was pushed to my Samsung Galaxy S5 this morning and now my screen is not responding to touch commands. My phone was sitting on my desk in my office all day - no drops, spills, etc. Just a boring day for the phone, except the screen stopped working.
Is there a way to roll back the sw update?
DAVMUE6, software updates are supposed to enhance your device experience not eliminate them. Allow us to further investigate. Can you please clarify if your device is still functioning correctly such as receiving calls, text and or data?
