***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Samsung Galaxy S5 SW update broke touch screen?

A SW update was pushed to my Samsung Galaxy S5 this morning and now my screen is not responding to touch commands.  My phone was sitting on my desk in my office all day - no drops, spills, etc.  Just a boring day for the phone, except the screen stopped working.

Is there a way to roll back the sw update?

DAVMUE6, software updates are supposed to enhance your device experience not eliminate them. Allow us to further investigate. Can you please clarify if your device is still functioning correctly such as receiving calls, text and or data? Also, with the touch screen not responding have you tried to restart your device in safe mode? If not, please follow this link to do so Please share your results.
