Yes, I'm seeing two of everything.

It all started when I clicked on "Easy Mode".  When I went back to "Standard Mode" it started with the two of everything.

I'm in safe mode and the notification bar looks the same as before.

try changing your wallpaper.  You may have picked a screenshot as your wallpaper.  My wife did this a few weeks ago.
