Samsung Note 8 will not connect to Network Extender

Hi all !  I have a Note 8 and a Verizon Samsung Network Extender.  All of the iphones in the house connected just fine, but the Note 8 will not.  We have turned OFF advanced calling and set the network mode to global (not LTE, etc).  #48 still says not connected.  Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the issues with connecting that Samsung Note 8 to your Network Extender, DJSRHINO. We definitely want to figure this out. First, what is the exact model of the Network Extender that you are using? This should be displayed on the bottom of side of the device. Also, we'd reccomend resetting network settings on the Note 8, here's how: Keep in mind that this will delete any saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings. Let us know what you hear after calling #48 after doing this.
