Samsung S20 Ultra 5G - cannot activate/start Call Filter

Hello,

I have call filter enabled on my account.  I downloaded the call filter app, restarted the phone and tried to launch call filter.  I get the prompts to allow permissions to Call logs, contacts, phone and sms - which are all accepted.

I launch the call filter app and it just sits at the splash screen with the loading circle going around and around.  i've uninstalled, rebooted, etc. several times and no change.

any ideas?

Hello schase02, We know the importance of being able to use your Call Filter applicatoin. Are you still experiencing difficulties wit hthe application?
