Samsung s21 utra 5g 2 imei numbers. Only 1 works. Wherea the e-sim

I was wondering why the e-sim for the Samsung S21 Ultra is not utilized.  I bought a 512GB version for 1,400 dollars and this feature is not active in the setting. Pathetic really for price as I will never buy an iphone from the darkside of things.

If you had an iPhone you wouldn’t have a problem. Apple doesn’t allow Verizon or any other carrier to disable or change anything on the phone. Your android can have programs and or settings disabled by Samsung AND Verizon if they choose.
