Smart Screen??

Does the note 3 have a smart screen? Supposedly would be under settings, controls....One user guide mentions it, another doesn't. It would have smart stay, smart rotation, smart pause, and smart scroll. Looking at buying one.

Yes, it does.  It is under settings, controls (if you have your settings set to tab view) or settings, display, features (if you have your settings set to list view).
