After upgrading to lollipop, I cannot access sound and notifications in the settings. Aftrr selecting this option I get a pop-up "unfortunately settimgs has stopped " I've cleared settings cache and tried a battery pull.

You can also try using the Verizon software upgrade and repair tool if you've got a PC to try keeping some of your personal data (like call logs, text messages, contacts) intact:

I'm having the exact same problem. I am very frustrated with it as I used Blocking Mode nightly. Now I can't setup the new Do Not Disturb feature. So I'm stuck with either all or nothing for sound. Please fix this ASAP.

I've done a cache partition wipe and the only thing that did was reset all my settings (ie, the bubble popping sound when I type on the screen and now I can't change the dam sound)
The only other thing I can think of doing is a factory reset : (

Looks like from another thread (Applied the update on Friday. Now the "sound and notification" setting does not work. When i click...) the factory reset worked.
