Am I the only one who hasn't received a tracking notification for the Note 7 pre orders? I placed an order for a Black Onyx and a Silver Titanium Note 7 on August 2nd around 9:15pm (Arizona time so August 3rd Eastern time) with the free 2nd day shipping and received an email confirmation of the pre order shortly after. I still haven't received a shipping notification or tracking information whatsoever. Logging into my account and checking 'my orders' only shows that my order is still "processing " and to check back later, which I have been doing since the 3rd with no changes whatsoever. I've read about and seen numerous pictures of Verizon customers who pre ordered much later than me (on the 8th - 13th) that have received tracking and shipment info for their Note 7 pre orders. Is there any rhyme or reason to when tracking and shipping info goes out? Does it get sent out in order of first come first serve? Shouldn't I have received shipping and tracking by now? It's supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days on Friday the 19th. I want to make sure that something isn't wrong and holding back my order before it's too late. Any insight into this matter is greatly appreciated.

WHOEVER you ordered it from is the source you need to press about the delay of tracking.all yiu need is to verify back to you from that source further proof to date orders paid and who else is delaying the tracking number. they as we know may be backlogged with so many, but press them to prove paid and resend to you written proof order is paid, processed and WHYYYYYY theres no up date and why it says try later. get a human contact.
I pre ordered through Verizon's website. I've already contacted customer service and been put on hold the first time for approximately 20 minutes to be told everything is fine (about 4 days ago) and contacted them again today to be on the phone with them for almost an hour and a half total and placed on hold at one point for almost 40 minutes to be told basically the same thing that everything seems fine but perhaps Samsung hasn't sent them the phones yet....well judging by screen shots from numerous Verizon customers who ordered the Note 7 much later than me, they've shown pictures of their shipping / tracking confirmation with the same colors I ordered black and silver and I still haven't seen any movement since the pre order back on the night of the 2nd.
LOOK on bottom of any page here, look for executive responsibility at very bottom. look for executive vice president, a contact is there. they respond quick.i cant say more here. that way you have highest support. worked for me in past.LOOK under our company, meaning Verizon. this is publicly available to anyone.

I have the same issue. Preordered mine Aug 4th. The charge hit my bank yesterday morning, but still no shipping or tracking information. All my order says is "being processed " like it has shown from day one.
Yeah something seems a bit off, I can't imagine that we shouldn't have shipping info by now. It should be shipping out tomorrow (seems the orders are shipping from Tennessee and or Pennsylvania) to get here (Arizona) by Friday and yet still no tracking???
Have you contacted Verizon? I've spoken with them twice now and they keep telling me everything is still fine with the order. I'd like some tracking so I can plan out when I need to be at home for my phones (if) when they do arrive.
Yeah I haven't received anything .. it showed on my card where they took the money .. but Verizon didn't send any kind of email .. order still shows up as processing your order ..
Call cs. And they all act like they are lost .. what is going on Verizon do ya not want ur customers?
I got a tracking number this afternoon. Marked for delayed delivery on Aug 19th. Apparently they are not going to let us beat the stores in getting our preordered early
