I pay for the Beyond Unlimited Plan therefore it comes with Mobile Hotspot.... or at least it should but says I need to subscribe to use it.

I have the same issue. How do I send a private note to get help also.
Use the Messaging (envelope) icon in the Forum. You have to have the Private Messenger option turned on in your profile settings. When composing a new private message you have to start entering name of the recipient that requested a private message, e.g. vzw_customer_support.
