Suddenly, ads everywhere...?

After this latest update, I will be on my phone whether its playing a game or texting, or scrolling fb or whatnot and boom an ad just pops up. Its getting super annoying because when you are texting you accidentally tap on the ad, then you have to get out of it, basically its ridiculous! Anyone else have an ad pop up problem?!

Seems like some shady app you downloaded. Not a Verizon issue.
