System Update 26

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. Earlier this week I successfully installed System Update 26. Today I received notification that a software update was available and it was this same update.
My Android security patch level is October 2020. The software build number matches that on the System Update 26 page on Verizon.
Why am I being asked to install this update again? Does it now contain the November security patch?
