TURNING OFF PHONE

I've noticed that when I turn off my new S20+, (as when I had my old S9+) sometimes it requires my pin code, and other times not. Why is this?

Great question! This tends to happen when your security settings are set to high. You can go to the Settings menu, and change the security setting to moderate, or low to correct this.
