Does anyone have an email address or know how I can make a complaint about the process of a broken tablet? I was given misinformation about the process and its been about a month and I still have yet to receive another table.

Ok thank you, but do you know how I can make a complaint? Talking to the customer service reps on the phone does not seem to be getting me anywhere.
