Text showed up on usage and now it's gone

There was a text showing on my message details under usage in my online account, and then I went to look at it later on my usage and that one was gone. It's Galaxy S20 Ultra. Why would that happen?

We want to make sure that your device messages are showing as needed. To clarify, was this a text message that you sent to someone or are you referring to just the usage for text messages sent in your online My Verizon account?
