I keep receiving texts from porn sites. Many of the texts come from various email addresses. I have talked with other customers, and some have told me that they're receiving texts similar to the ones I've recieved. Is it possible your system has been hacked or compromised?

Fhinton, spam messages, are the worst. I am here to help and get you on the path to getting these limited.  You can final all the information to report these messages here: https://www.verizon.com/support/block-unblock-services-faqs/ at question 10.  I also advise you to look into our Call Filter feature.  This helps mark and block spam calls and messages.  You can find all of that info here: https://www.verizon.com/support/call-filter-faqs/  This does not mean that anything has been hacked when receiving these types of messages.  This can happen the more you put your information out there on webpages, online orders, etc.  Does this help?
