I was following the troubleshooting guide for no service but couldn't remove the sim card. What am I doing wrong?
I am sorry to hear your phone is not getting service, SheilaGRamona. Let’s get you back up and running again. When did this problem start happening with the no service? Are other VZW customers in this area also having the same issue? I have also included a link with the steps for removing the sim card from your device. you may have a bad sim card, go to a verizon store.
